Classification of Sports Flooring:
The degree of elasticity in a sports floor's surface is a defining characteristic. Sports flooring are sub-divided into these three categories:
- Area elastic: Wood sports flooring is an excellent example of this kind of flooring. Its surface area is quite large, and comfortably meets the gruelling demands of athletes.
- Point Elastic: Linoleum, rubber, polyurethane, and vinyl flooring are classified as "point elastic" under this system. The stress absorption, vertical deformation, and ball rebound are all the same at all positions.
- Combination elastic: It combines point elastic and area elastic layers to handle both local and wide-scale impacts.
Types of Sports Floorings & their Uses:
Sports arenas have unique requirements. Depending on your needs, you may select from a variety of sports flooring options:
• Timber :

• Polyurethane Pad and Pour :
Polyurethane flooring that can withstand the weight of heavy machinery may be achieved by using Pad and pouring polyurethane. Rolling and high point loads can survive it, making it a solid and lasting flooring option.

Easy-to-install flooring rolls have Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) chips, making it a perfect choice for gyms, weight rooms, and other similar facilities.
• Linoleum :
Abrasion resilience and minimal maintenance costs are the primary features of this sort of flooring. Sports linoleum flooring is ideal for low-volume recreational activities, and is ideal for primary school gymnasiums or kindergartens.
